FLOOD CONTROL WORKS AND ROADS IN KALYVIA BEACH
The project includes the construction of the primary network of circular and rectangular large-diameter pipes in the coastal area (Lagoon) of the Municipality of Kalyvion, for the collection and removal of rainwater to address flooding issues, as well as technical works and discharge channels leading to the sea. It also involves the opening and construction of new roads, as well as the reconstruction and widening of existing roads for stormwater drainage pipes.
The project was funded by credits from the Regional Authority and the Municipality.
Construction period: 2007 - 2008.
