Redevelopment of the area of the old, abandoned quarries on Helicon Hill in Kypseli. The total area of the site is 25 acres.

Creation of green spaces, walking paths, recreational areas, and sports facilities.

The project includes a football field with stands and changing rooms, a basketball court, a small football field (5×5), a playground, etc.

Construction works, roadworks, landscaping, electromechanical works for lighting, water supply, sewage, and automatic irrigation, as well as hydraulic works for drainage, collection, and removal of rainwater. This project significantly contributed to the upgrading of the area and the improvement of the quality of life for residents.
