LYKOVRISI SWIMMING POOL
The project concerns the entire O.T.9 of the Municipality of Lykovrisi – Pefki.
Its redevelopment includes the construction of:
• Swimming pool
• Changing room building
• Retail building
• Underground garage
• Open-air theater
• Green spaces and recreational areas
• All required electrical and mechanical installations
• Renewable energy installations (geothermal and solar energy)
Design and construction on a turnkey basis.
Implementation period: 2014 – 2018
BUDGET: 14.236.990,36 €
